These 65cm diameter Swiss gym balls come with their own pump & are highly recommended for use in pregnancy (to alleviate back pain & heartburn in particular). In late pregnancy they can be used to encourage the baby into the best position for labour. In labour they can be used in a variety of ways for positional support & to enable movement.
