Bernadette King is an established & popular yoga teacher with a wealth of experience spanning almost 20 years. She has taught both at home and abroad and is a British Wheel of Yoga diploma holder (the BWY is the UK's governing body for yoga).

She has developed an individual, eclectic style, honed from a wide variety of influences over the years, with a leaning towards the more traditional, meditative, subtle approach. She also holds the British Wheel of Yoga “post graduate” diploma in Pregnancy Yoga, which she has been teaching for 9 years. Her pregnancy and post natal yoga courses and birth preparation workshops are extremely popular, consistently recommended by midwives, GP's & the NCT, several of whom have attended her courses during their own pregnancies. She is a member of FEDANT (Federation of Ante Natal Teachers), BWY and EMBODY.

She runs training workshops for both the NCT & local midwives & has had numerous articles published in local, national & international magazines. Bernadette is an ITEC qualified therapist with diplomas in Massage, Indian Head Massage and Baby Massage. She has had advanced training in Pregnancy Massage, Neuro Muscular techniques and Trigger Point Therapy. All her qualifications are internationally recognised & she is fully insured. She lives in Greenwich and has 2 sons. She is also a Reiki practitioner and has a busy clinic in Lewisham, where she is able to offer the following treatments and therapies:
